ERKLÄRUNG
Use es gibt when you want to say that something exists, is available, or is on offer. The pattern is always es gibt + Akkusativ; the verb does not become plural.

HINWEISE
- Es gibt is neutral and very common in spoken and written German.
- For something you can point to, German often prefers da ist or hier ist: Da ist mein Handy.
- Do not normally use sein to introduce that something exists; German usually prefers es gibt: Es gibt einen Park. Der Park ist groß is a description of the park’s property, not a statement about whether a park exists.
