Nebensätze mit dass
I think that he is coming tomorrow.
ERKLÄRUNG
dass introduces a subordinate clause that usually tells what someone says, thinks, knows or feels. The conjugated verb moves to the end.
Use dass to connect a subordinate clause that gives content after verbs like sagen, denken, glauben, wissen, hoffen, finden, meinen and after patterns like Es ist wichtig / schön / schade, dass.... In the dass-clause, the conjugated verb goes to the end. If you leave dass out after some verbs, the clause looks like a normal main clause: Ich glaube, er kommt.

HINWEISE
- After many verbs, dass is common but not always required in spoken German: Ich glaube, er kommt.
- Do not confuse dass with das. Dass is a conjunction; das is an article or pronoun.
- In a dass-clause, the verb does not come in second position. It goes to the end, even with time words like heute or morgen.
- At A2, focus on content clauses after feelings and opinions, not on formal uses like fixed legal or academic style.
